Tous les sushis peuvent être faits sans gluten. Excellents et frais. Je suis très sensible à la contamination croisée et c’est la première fois que je mange des sushis sans avoir de symptômes ensuite !

The food was so good and the staff and chef were super accommodating with my gluten intolerance. Very helpful letting me know what I could have and even provided it on a separate plate. The crab is real! So I got to have crab sushi. Very happy.

Such a fun stop for lunch! Menu is clearly labeled to accommodate multiple allergens, including GF. Gluten free soy sauce was also provided. I tried the smoked salmon bowl, which was delicious! Service here was great, and I felt very safe eating here. Would definitely recommend!
