They only had two salads marked as gluten free. I asked about the items marked gluten sensitive but they don't have a dedicated fryer. I decided to order the fish tacos but they came and told me they actually couldn't make them celiac safe because they changed distributors and the corn tortillas have cross contamination. I ended up not eating while my family did. I wouldn't recommend at all.

Only options were two very bland salads. Grateful to have something to eat but would not recommend.

Love the brewery but unfortunately not at all celiac friendly. Well marked for gluten sensitive. The online ordering system made it difficult to ask any questions and when I finally got help, I was told the same as another reviewer mentioned “salad or fish” and “everything in the kitchen is cross contaminated”.

Quite a few items are gluten free and very tasty. It was great to visit a brewery since that is usually off limits due to the introduction of beer in so many food items. Spoke to the waiter who made sure our order was kept safe from cross-contamination. Overall great experience!

They were super nice to me- But basically nothing marked gluten sensitive on the menu can actually be made gluten free. They told me to get fish or a salad, which I appreciated. I got a salad and they made it without the fried quinoa. They delivered it with an allergy flag, but then verbally told me they couldn’t guarantee it wasn’t cross contaminated (without prompting). Probably great if you don’t have to worry about cross contamination! Really fun atmosphere.

I was pretty impressed with options for a brewery. I got a seltzer flight, cauliflower crust pizza (tasted so good) and there were several marked appetizers

We went to Maui brewing twice during our stay. As a family we love breweries and we loved the atmosphere. The gluten eaters loved the food. Please ask questions about items labeled gluten sensitive. They have shared fryers which is not uncommon, but the fries and nacho chips are labeled gluten sensitive on the menu so you may be over confident if this is something that affects you (as it does our daughter). They have cauliflower crust that they were out of the first time we went. They had it back the second time. Their regular edamame is gf and is marked gluten sensitive on the menu. At the time the garlic sriracha edamame was marked gluten sensitive as well. However, one of the ingredients listed is soy sauce. We have to educate the manager about soy sauce and and that it contains wheat. She immediately changed the menu, but after that we were very wary of their knowledge of what it mean to use gluten containing ingredients. So- fun place- but beware based on your level of sensitivity.

They have seltzers on tap that are marked GF, mixed drinks, and wine. So plenty of things to try that aren’t beer. There are also many appetizers marked GF on their menu. Not sure about cross contamination, but I had no issues with the edamame. There is also a huge outdoor area with games.
