Review of Maui Brick Oven

Best and only 100% gluten free restaurant I have ever been too. Fish and chips definitely lived up to their Diners, Drive ins, and Dives best fish and chips rating. Staff and owners are celiac and understand. I would love to franchise this place at home!!
