Got the Maui Signature Bowl with gluten free sauce and still reacted. Told staff I was celiac and watched them use a bottle they had labeled GF themselves. Still something was contaminated unfortunately.

Read on the online menu that all proteins were gluten free, but when i got up to the counter after waiting in line for 20 minutes they told me that none of the proteins were gluten free besides the fish. I don’t eat fish so i just had rice and vegetables and gf soy sauce. It was pretty good but I don’t know if the lady didn’t know what she was talking about or if the menu is wrong

Delicious Hawaiian poke bowl with gluten-free prep. Limited GF options (no sauces available), but the abundant fresh ingredients were tasty enough without extra sauces. Bowl did have GF soy sauce.

Good, quick option for lunch. We went 2 times on our vacation because it was convienient. Only GF sauce is GF soy. I got a bowl with ahi, salmon, rice and salad mix with various veggie toppings! Hit the spot after a day on the beach

I had pretty high hopes based on the other two reviews, but was super disappointed! When I asked which sauces were gluten free, I was told they have GF soy sauce. I was confused, was that the only GF sauce? It was fairly busy so I didn’t press it. She suggested a particular bowl so I went with that. When I asked if the spicy mayo was GF (I have sushi and poke regularly and have never seen it contain gluten…) she said she didn’t know. I skipped it.
They also have boba tea and that sounded yummy. When I ordered it, she stopped me and said she doesn’t know if their boba is GF. No offer to check or anything so I skipped it. Again, I’ve had boba many times and never has it contained gluten.
The poke itself was decent and fresh, although a bit plain with the limited sauces and toppings. They were also out of avocado which imo is essential in a poke bowl
I would have thought Maui would be THE place for poke, but I’ve had way better on the west coast.

Went there yesterday - i was a Bit sceptical first as the signature sauce looked and smelled a lot like soy. Bit they assured it is glutenfree so i gave it a try. It was delicious and didn‘t get sick! I made my own poke and stayed away from the fried stuff as they only have one fryer. But a great place to eat poke!

The girl working at the restaurant was super nice and knowledgeable when it came to their gluten free offerings. All proteins are gluten free and you can get all but two sauces (teriyaki and eel I believe) in the gluten free variety. Great poké bowl!
