We had a lovely evening. I asked about the risk of cross-contamination and they said that they have a separate fryer that they use for the gluten-free fried chicken. It is worth calling in advance, because once in a blue moon the fryer is down, and they fry everything in one fryer. My husband and I both had the gluten-free fried chicken, and we also enjoyed the collard greens and mashed potatoes that accompany it. I can’t remember the last time that I was able to eat fried chicken on the bone.
