The lady who took our order was friendly and knowledgeable. She said they don't have any flour in the kitchen except what's in their flour tortillas. She said they do fry their tortilla chips in the same oil as flour tortillas, and it isn't a problem for some Celiac customers. I passed on the tortilla chips just to be safe. I had a green enchilada and a carnitas taco along with refried beans and rice. Both tasted good and I didn't have any problems. There was not a separate GF menu. I can't remember if GF items were marked on the menu. Either they were marked or the lady who took our order gave us all the information we needed to figure it out. There were many choices to choose from.
