THE BEST GF BREAD. at first i was so skeptical if the bread they gave me was actually gluten-free, but I went home with no stomach ache and no throwing up. I’ve now gone around 10 times to McAllister‘s to get their gluten-free bread and it seriously is so good.
This is always my go-to chain when I am looking for quick-GF options! They have Udi’s GF bread they can make your sandwiches with, and will mark if it’s an allergy as long as you specify. They have other sides (like fruit, potato salad (which is DF), chips, broccoli) that are GF as well.
I have never gotten sick, but since it’s a small kitchen I would still take caution. I personally prefer the JC one as opposed to the Kingsport one, simply because they’re just always consistent and kind.

I get a grilled chicken salad and it is so good and has never made me sick!

Delicious! Any sandwich can be made on their very tasty gluten free bread. Several side options including fruit, veggies, potato salad or chips. Will definitely be back!
I eat here almost weekly and they are very careful with my food! I am Celiac and have never had a reaction. My favorite is the Savannah chopped chicken salad!
The food was delicious, and the cashier knew the entire gluten free menu, and was able to answer all of the questions I had. I will definitely go back!
Manager came out and personally checked to make sure everything was GF. Food was very good and would recommend

Usually get their spuds, not a lot of options but they do mark Gluten Sensitive foods. Haven’t had a reaction so far but definitely make sure you tell them to change their gloves.
This restaurant is awesome! They are very careful with my needs for gluten free food due to celiac. It is delicious every time and the service is always amazing!! I love the choose 2 Spicy Turkey Melt on gluten free bread and the Spud Max.
I get a spud w vegetarian chili + toppings of choice. I prefer vegetarian chili anyways, but was told that vegetarian was the GF option. I haven’t had a reaction yet.
