Review of McAlister's Deli

McAlister's offers a huge menu and not only are so many options gluten-free (giant spuds, salads, all of the dressings), they carry Rudis gluten-free bread. Any of the sandwiches are available on it. I asked about cross contamination and was told that they change gloves and have a special cutting board to use for these orders. The bread is not sent through the toaster, rather grilled on the panini press to avoid the crumbs in the toaster.
