When asking what GF options they had, our server was very quick to let us know what was safe. She was so pleasant and helpful. She said the only things we couldn’t have were the crackers, buns and chicken nuggets. She also let us know that the fries are GF but that they are fried in the same fryer as the chicken nuggets. Everything was yummy, but of all the things I tried, the sausage was my favorite.
We went here based on the other reviews, but our server was not knowledgeable about gluten, saying things like, "It should be." A voice told me to get out right away, but I forged ahead. I already had something going on with my stomach that day, so I can't say whether the food made it worse or not. The sausage was delicious! The potato salad, meh. The BBQ sauce was unique and yummy with a little bite. The vibe is a lot of fun!
I talked with the manager about gluten in their products as no mention of gluten is made on the menu. He assured me that the only gluten in their entire menu is the buns that are used in sandwiches. No gluten is used in any of the other entree or sides. The fryer is used only for potatoes that are also gluten free. Upon his information, I ordered and ate BBQ pork ribs, baked beans and cole slaw. It was all delicious and I had no reaction so can attest to his claim of gluten free.
