Terrible for any allergies. They had no idea what to do. They had to ask 2 or 3 people before someone told me to check their website. On my phone the website was useless and I never did find any allergen info. From another app I found I could have a sausage patty and a smoothie. Had to eat a snack from my stash to feel full. I'm appalled at such a big corporation completely ignoring the food allergy community.

First, I was pleasantly surprised that they have a separate fryer for French fries! I got the new BLT QP, with no bun. They brought it to our table on a plate with a lid, and gave me a fork. The BLT QP, is purportedly made fresh to order, and it definitely seemed fresh.

I was a little bit hesitant to order after my previous experience with a different restaurant that was supposedly gluten-free, but I thought I’d give my voice here because I do have some positive things I want to say about my experience ordering from McDonald’s through GrubHub with a need for a gluten-free diet. I was happy to discover through some research that many people state that the fries are indeed gluten-free, you do have to be careful because sometimes there are fryers that cross contaminate when it comes to gluten related products, so I was happy to hear that the large fried I had ordered did not make me sick. I was also happy to discover that although I try to avoid lactose, the McFlurry M&M is also supposedly gluten-free according to various sites on the web that you can research on! So it made me really happy to have that and not have as many issues with a Gluten as well. I also got a burger with the bread removed, and had everything else on it and eat it with a fork, and it was a little unorthodox, but I didn’t have my typical severe reaction to gluten like I have with other foods when eating having these three items. Although I will say that you do take a risk when it comes to the hamburger since it’s often that the burgers are produced in the same place that the bread is used and sometimes cross-contamination happens with gloves, but I was fortunate not to have that experience this time. So I just wanna put some positive experience out there for anyone else who might want to do some research on trying McDonald’s out for those that need a gluten-free diet and need some sort of takeout that can be found in this area!
