Review of Meals From the Heart Cafe

Ordered gluten free crab cakes with gluten free toast. Was handed a plate with a wheat English muffin. Informed staff this must be a mistake, they told me it was my order. They only took it back when I stated I have a severe allergy to gluten and if I ate this I would get incredibly sick. Frightening experience to be told something is gluten free that is clearly a wheat product.
