It was ok. It definitely wasn't what I would call celiac safe. The waiter seemed shocked and confused by my asking for gluten free options, but was able to list some options which included soft spring rolls, pho, noodle dishes with white sauce, and stir fry with white sauce. He did take the time to verify what he said with the kitchen, which I appreciate. The lack of a dedicated gf menu was annoying. I hate having to depend on a waiter's knowledge of the food ingredients. They had omission beer (not considered celiac safe) and a hard cider. Out of a HUGE beer selection, they only had one viable choice for Celiacs. My husband isn't gluten free, and we were both left wondering what the buzz about Mekong was about. The food was good, but not as good as we were expecting based on the amount of hype around this place. It is also hard to enjoy a meal while wondering if you are going to get sick. I will say that the service was fast and pleasant, though.

Celiac friendly?
