Waitress wasn't very aware of gluten allergy (other than the menu option they offered GF crust) but I did make it known I had one and requested a plain cheese pizza on GF crust with the GF marinara sauce. I asked about if they use a separate oven and she said she would alert the cook to place in a new bottom oven. The pizza was excellent and I didn't get sick. The rest of the family loved their pizzas. Just make your allergy well known and even ask for the mgr to be sure.
