Best celiac experience we’ve had at a restaurant ever! They have a separate prep space and allergy oven. They use corn masa to roll their regular pizzas instead of flour so airborne gluten isnt too much of an issue. We were able to speak directly with the manager and he made the pizzas himself to ensure no cross contamination and myself and my celiac son felt great after. Also, they carry glutenberg beers for those that like to enjoy a certified gluten free beer with their pizza.
