Review of Melt Bar & Grilled

When was the last time you went into a GF food coma? Melt is certainly a reason to be thankful for GF bread!

Staff hasn't been overly knowledgeable on my trips. I'd recommend you know (or ask them about specific ingredients) what sandwiches would or wouldn't be inherently GF. I do my homework when cooking at home, why shouldn't I expect to in a restaurant. No reason to dock them points.
