Most items on the menu can be gluten free (except bread, breading, fried). Let manager or Chef know gluten allergy and they'll prepare your food on a clean grill/surface. Sauces and spices are GF. Chef (kitchen manager) is very knowledgable about Celiac & Gluten Allergy. Make sure to talk to talk to him. Not GIG trained so staff don't usually know what works or not or about cross contamination.
