Many GF salad options and they have GF bread as well. This particular location says that if you notify them you are ordering for an "allergy" they will assign one employee to make the order themselves (as opposed to the normal production line) in order to minimize risk of contamination. The kitchen is open and viewable as in all locations so you can see if they're doing it right.

Worth mentioning the food here is really good!
