I see that people have gotten sick eating here, so I’d like to know what they ate. I try to include what I ate in my reviews to help others. I’ve eaten here several times, and I haven’t noticed any reaction. Last weekend I ate chicken quesadillas on CORN tortillas and guacamole as an appetizer. I’ve had their salmon, and I’ve been there for brunch, too.

On behalf of my mom with celiac: the food and service here is amazing, but my mom got sick after her third time eating there. They advertise themselves as “gluten-friendly” but I wouldn’t say they are celiac-friendly at all.

We always have a good experience at Mesero. They have a lot of safe corn based options and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. We’ve been many times and have not had any reactions.

We left this restaurant shortly after being seated. waiter was very honest and said the "designated fryer", is occasionally used as back up fryer for items that contain gluten, hence not gluten free. we didnt feel comfortable that the waiter said they try to be "Gluten Friendly ". my personal opinion is this restaurant is going to tell you what you want to hear. I didn't feel that an emergency visit to the hospital, ever
