Fabulous, fabulous. Maybe about 60% of the seasonal menu is GF with lots of vegan & vegetarian options as well (several meat dishes too). Staff is *extremely* knowledgeable and wants this to be a “go to” restaurant for celiac or gluten sensitive ppl - where they can go to feel safe and secure with food options. Chef came to speak with us after the meal as well to tell us about their philosophy. A very welcome addition to the S Hills. We will be going back again and again. - as soon as this Thursday, in fact. Treat yourself in this wonderful establishment: You will NOT be disappointed.

Having Celiac disease can be a challenge when eating out. It is really nice when you find a restaurant that not only can make simple gluten free meals but also challenges such as these. Gluten free fried chicken, gluten free gravy for poutine, and my request on our last visit- a gluten free desert. They came up with gluten free doughnut holes!!!
