Fabulous, fabulous. Maybe about 60% of the seasonal menu is GF with lots of vegan & vegetarian options as well (several meat dishes too). Staff is *extremely* knowledgeable and wants this to be a “go to” restaurant for celiac or gluten sensitive ppl - where they can go to feel safe and secure with food options. Chef came to speak with us after the meal as well to tell us about their philosophy. A very welcome addition to the S Hills. We will be going back again and again. - as soon as this Thursday, in fact. Treat yourself in this wonderful establishment: You will NOT be disappointed.
