Review of MidiCi The Neapolitan Pizza Company

They had a gluten free crust and gluten free flour shaker (for under the crust). They said they take good care with new gloves and a separate pan. With that said however there are obviously lots of flour particulars floating around. They don’t have a separate preparation area or oven. I was a little paranoid but so far so good. I wouldn’t say celiac safe but possibly safe for a sensitivity. They also have vegan cheese which wasn’t bad. The gf crust did taste good! Much better than others I tried.
