Review of MidiCi Neapolitan Pizza

GLUTEN FREE PIZZA… the literal best that I have ever come across and I’ve been researching gluten free restaurants since 2010. I’ve tried it all. This is the only place I’ve come across from Arizona to South and north Texas. You won’t even believe it’s actually gluten free. Especially when they cook it right! If it seems gluten free, chewy, or gelatin and flat… ask them to cook it longer. The owner does an INCREDIBLE job with the cook. Can’t recommend this place enough. I’m addicted. 😶😍🫣 I’ll take a picture next time I go to show off the thick, fluffy perfection.
