I was nervous to eat here initially because I have so many allergies but I've eaten here several times in the last 6 months since my diagnosis without issues.

I always note my allergies when ordering and that I'm a sensitive celiac, the staff are compassionate and make sure to prevent cross contamination. They seem knowledgeable about the ingredients in their sauces so I feel comfortable trying new things without risking an allergic reaction. I now order their delivery regularly and have never gotten sick.

Please note: although staff at Miko Poke sometimes claim they are totally gluten free, they share a small kitchen with another restaurant that is NOT gluten free. This is not a gluten free facility.

I have ordered delivery from this place several times, and nearly every the time they get my order wrong, to the point where they have given me food cross-contaminated or outright containing my stated allergens. For example, they regularly give me onions when I ask for cucumbers, even when I include a note indicating that this has been a problem and to please pay extra attention not to make this mistake. Sometimes, I receive completely the wrong order — including food that I am allergic to. They also do not disclose all ingredients and misrepresent some of their menu items. For example, on the menu (both on their company website and the online ordering platforms), their shrimp is represented as plain shrimp, but periodically and without warning it sometimes is prepared with some sort of chili oil, which tonight made me extremely sick with just one bite.

I’m also not convinced that their tofu marinade is truly gluten free. I have been reacting to their marinated tofu, and just learned that it is prepared with black vinegar, which usually contains gluten. They are a Food Fight Group restaurant, and FFG is known for being a bit scammy. I am done giving them chances. Buyer beware.

Everything on their menu is gluten free. They share prep spaces and a kitchen with Everly which is not dedicated gf but super friendly to Celiacs. Note that means they have a dedicated gf fryer and also use Tamari and not soy sauce in their sauces. I’ve eaten here regularly and never had a problem related to gluten. The spicy style has a ton of serranos which might give you other issues if your stomach is not great

So glad for this place! Healthy options. Huge bowls. Raw options, but also cooked options. Everything except beer is gluten free. The dole whip maker was down, so we drove to Ice Cream Social instead.

The entire place is gluten free and dairy free. Lots of options to make a dish to your liking. They have cooked chicken and other options if you don't like raw fish. Good to stop by when on the road - it wasn't too far out of our way off the highway which was an added bonus. It's hard to get food while traveling with celiac.

Yum!! This place exceeded my expectations!! The food was spectacular!! Fresh, flavorful and delicious!! I ordered the seaweed cucumber side and a spicy small poke bowl with shrimp and half rice, half greens. I was blown away by the flavors and it was super reassuring to know that everything was gluten free!! I’m in from out of town, but hoping to return to this restaurant before my stay in Madison ends.

The entire menu is gluten free with the exception of some alcoholic beverages. Our whole family enjoyed the variety of proteins, veggies, starches, and sauces available to them. The on-table poke and volcano sauces are also gluten free. Portions are plentiful and food is fresh.

All of the food menu items are gluten free (even the sauces, which are usually a celiac’s nightmare!). Additionally, serving size is very generous and filling (a regular will make you feel full). As a celiac, I have eaten at this establishment many times and have never become sick. Delicious, healthy, and filling.

This is our go-to place for a quick, tasty, and filling meal. All bowls are fully customizable and most can be vegetarian, vegan, or dairy-free as well.

All the food is gluten free though there are some beers that are not.

Our favorite dishes are the Down Island Curry bowl followed by Dole Whip for dessert.
