Everything on their menu is gluten free. They share prep spaces and a kitchen with Everly which is not dedicated gf but super friendly to Celiacs. Note that means they have a dedicated gf fryer and also use Tamari and not soy sauce in their sauces. I’ve eaten here regularly and never had a problem related to gluten. The spicy style has a ton of serranos which might give you other issues if your stomach is not great
