Good GF option. I asked to make an item GF that wasn’t indicated on the menu. It wasn’t a problem. Delicious

Very limited options. Used to have a good main option but recently changed their sauce. Yet another expensive salad… that was just okay.

Awesome experience at Milestones today! Some gluten-free items were marked on the menu. Server was friendly and asked the kitchen questions about cross-contact. The kitchen offered me pan-fried potatoes instead of deep-fried (to avoid cross contact). I had the avocado toast on a gluten-free English muffin (with the potatoes) from the brunch menu. Make sure you ask questions and let them know you’re celiac (or allergy), but overall I recommend!

It feels like Milestone's is not what it used to be. I've been to several different locations around the country over the years and it was always a good bet because they had so many gluten free options listed on their menu. My latest meal there was somewhat disappointing. Their menu is smaller than before so there were only about 5 things listed as gluten free. I ended up getting a burger with gf bun and side salad but I had been hoping for pasta. Also, the service at this location was very slow and the meals felt overpriced. I probably won't go back to a Milestone's for a while. On the plus side, I am celiac and didn't have any reaction to eating there.

States Gluten friendly on their website but when we got there the Gluten Free options (Bread or pasta replacements) we were told they had none so only option was a raspberry dressing salad. Unfortunately, on eating the salad I discovered that this was not Gluten free. I put in a complaint and they offered to give me a discount on my next meal with them- which of course i will never use as will never set foot in there again

Just a few gluten free options and they're a bit overpriced for the quality of the food you receive but is a good option if you're in a bind. Occasionally have had to send the food back to the kitchen for mistakes but for the most part they try to take allergies seriously.
Initially it does not look like a lot of GF options on the menu. But, after talking to the servers the kitchen can adapt a lot of the meals. I have eaten here many times and have not gotten sick. Just make sure you mention celiac if you are. Manager will bring out GF meal for you if you have allergies.

Server immediately understood « celiac » and ensured that the order would be prepared separately and safely.

It’s looks super fancy for the outside but it was not worth the money. There were only a few options for gluten free and the service was disappointing for me. I ended up having a basic pasta dish that I believe was Alfredo and it was nothing special. I wouldn’t recommend for people with severe reactions either for I didn’t feel the best after I ate.

Sub-par experience here. As of Nov 2023, there are only 2 items on the entire menu marked “gluten friendly” (mushroom soup and California salad). I always ask right away when we sit down what options they have for wheat allergy. We were told at first that almost anything could be made gluten free by swapping bread, pasta, etc. but each and every item I asked about ended up being a no-go. No steak sandwich in lettuce, no to the rice noodle dish, no to a range of sauces and dressings. But each time it took at least 5 minutes or more to get an answer, which was later blamed on a manager who was not easily accessible. I should have done more research before we went. We paid for our drinks and left. Poor staff awareness. Clearly catering to food sensitivities just isn’t a priority here. Fair enough, but it would be great if they just came out and stated that. We wasted almost an hour on the whole process.
