Wraps and sandwiches can be made with gluten free bread. They use separate utensils to prep and toasted wraps/sandwiches are toasted with a liner to avoid cross-contamination. Staff understand celiac requirements, can’t totally guarantee no contamination but take precautions. I’ve eaten here with no problems.
