They have a separate GF menu, waiter assured me their kitchen staff know how to avoid cross contact, and didn't bat an eye at me saying I needed my food to be gluten free and was cross contact sensitive. Also didn't take issue with my questions or double checking on things related to that, definitely seemed like something they handled somewhat regularly. I had French toast (they have GF bread for this and for their sandwich options), bacon, and subbed out the eggs on my meal for hash browns. Also had a glass of sangria (I was there with 5 other people from out of town for a bachelorette trip). Everything was delicious, and I didn't get sick afterwards! And I do react to cross contact. There was a long wait, so plan for that when you go, we went on a Sunday morning at 10-11am and had to wait an hour for a table, but we were a group of 6 and they were busy. The other girls had called other places and even IHOP had a 45min wait time. The service was great, perfect balance of attentive without hovering too much. It's clear their staff are well trained.
