They can make any crepe with buckwheat flour which is incredible! I haven’t had crepes in years because of my wheat allergy. Despite the name, buckwheat doesn’t come from the wheat grain and isn’t related to it. I told them I had an allergy but cross contamination is okay and they acted accordingly. You can let them know if cross contamination is a problem and they’ll use a special prep service. It is not for celiacs because there is regular flour in the air but they were super sensitive to my allergy and I could order anything on the menu with the buckwheat crepe. It was delicious! I bought 2.

Delicious crepes. Not a dedicated crepe maker but they clean it. Can’t have the cream bc it’s made with cream and vanilla pudding. Nutella and strawberry crepe was great!

My kids raved about their strawberry Nutella crepes! All of the flavors can be made gluten free with buckwheat. They do have a small sign that says their gluten free crepes are not celiac safe due to flour in the air, which I appreciated. I decided not to take the risk for myself, but my kids who have allergies, not celiac had no reactions.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mimi's and trying their gluten-free crepes, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! Mimi's has truly mastered the art of creating delicious, gluten-free crepes that rival any traditional version.
The first thing that struck me was the impeccable presentation of the crepes. They were beautifully folded and garnished with a drizzle making them almost too pretty to eat. But of course, I couldn't resist, and from the first bite, I knew I was in for something special.
The texture of the crepes was perfect—thin, delicate, and slightly crispy on the edges. They had a lovely nutty flavor from the gluten-free flour blend used, which added a unique dimension to the overall taste. The filling options were abundant, ranging from savory to sweet, catering to a variety of palates.
What truly sets Mimi's apart is their dedication to accommodating gluten-free diners without compromising on taste. They take cross-contamination seriously, ensuring that those with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity can enjoy their meal worry-free. It's clear that they put a lot of thought and effort into creating a menu that is not only safe but also incredibly delicious.
The service at Mimi's was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall enjoyable dining experience. The cozy ambiance and charming decor made it a perfect spot for a relaxed meal.
In summary, Mimi's gluten-free crepes are a culinary masterpiece. Whether you have dietary restrictions or simply appreciate exceptional crepes, Mimi's is a must-visit. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu. Bravo, Mimi's, for creating such a wonderful dining experience!

I had the savory Le Caprese crepe and it was so good. There was only one person working but they weren’t very busy and she was very nice when I told her I had a gluten allergy. She explained the process to avoid cross contamination. I’m hoping to go back before we leave St.Augustine so I can enjoy one of their sweet crepes!

Crepes were so good. They can make almost all the crepes GF. We got both sweet and savory. Took special care when we indicated that we had a celiac daughter.

They verify if you have a gluten allergy or if it’s preference and make your food accordingly. The GF crepe is so fluffy and delicious. Highly recommend!

Bad experience here at this restaurant. The management is poor. They don’t know how to talk to their customers or staff. It wasn’t 100 percent gluten free. I started to have issues after I ate there. I don’t recommend this establishment.

Came here on a recent vacation and it was delicious! You can watch them make the crepes which made me feel so much better! They washed the grill beforehand and when I asked if she could use a new container of Nutella for me to avoid cross contamination she did! She did say they normally do not do that though so if you do have celiac just be sure to ask! They also have the cutest little courtyard to sit and eat!

Gluten free crepes at their fluffiest. The savory crepes were very good. The almost better part of eating here is the garden seating out back ! Beautifully tranquil place to take in some really good crepes.

Delicious sweet and savory crepes. They are very conscientious and will tell you they can’t guarantee safety, but they will wipe down the griddles and everything else seems fine. The chicken cordon blue is my favorite. Brought a very sensitive celiac with me (I’m also celiac) and neither of us had a reaction. The garden out back makes a wonderful, shaded outdoor dining location.

Ordered a Gluten-free crepe with ham, chicken, and fig jam. The manager cleaned both crepe stations with wet rags before pouring the batter. She changed out utensils. She was careful to try not to contaminate surfaces. The crepe was delicious and did not cause any reaction.

Amazing service and GF crepes. The worker cleaned hot plate before the crepe was made. It was a huge serving and tasted delicious.
