Review of Minero

They have a “Celiac Menu” with all gluten free items listed. I felt very comfortable eating here. Just FYI - they do put ingredients not on the menu in some foods. We ordered a queso dip and it was COVERED in cilantro and green onions, which we were not a fan of. If it had been in menu we would have asked for it to be removed. Excellent option for gluten free, but I’d ask your server about garnishes or “hidden” ingredients unrelated to GF.
