Review of Miskay

We struggled to find GF options while visiting Ecuador. My daughter is celiac & found Miskay through the app (Thanks Eric). The food is traditional, but the flavour combinations are great. My son & I aren’t GF and Miskay caters to both. Make them aware of your gluten restriction, and they explain everything. My daughter wanted something that wasn’t GF, and they adapted it for her. Definitely worth the stop whether you’re GF or not.
