Review of Miss Shirley's Cafe

SUCH a good gluten free experience! Let the waiter know that both my mom and I had celiac and he shared that he understood the cross-contamination since his Aunt had it as well. Was happy to go back into the freezer and double check any ingredients and even offered to bring box out for us to check ourselves. Gluten-free pancakes were amazing and cooked on completely separate griddle, as were hash browns. SO many gluten-free options and drinks! Manager also came over to assure that our "allergy" was being taken care of! Would go back in a heart beat.
