Review of Miss Shirley's Cafe

Very knowledge staff. We notified our waiter we eat gluten free because I have Celiacs. He acknowledged and initiated conversation about gf options and sent the manager over. The manager went over their protocol to prepare gf food stating they have a separate area and use separate utensils. The manager also stated the entire kitchen staff is alerted to an allergy order to increase awareness and avoid cross contamination. The food was DELICIOUS!! And came out with a beautiful presentation. I can't wait to go back. It's the first place I've enjoyed breakfast since my diagnosis.
