Eat here often either the half bird, pulled chicken or pork and get the green beans and coleslaw. The baked beans they use scraps of meat and they said for celiacs they don’t recommend because they can’t guarantee cross contamination didn’t happen.
Very safe for celiac. All changed gloves. Keep gluten separate. All staff knowledgable about gf.bhad the 3 meat platter fries and cole slaw. Very good and did not get sick. Staff went over and above to ensure we were happy..
Great place to get a fast and tasty meal. Servers are knowledgeable about GF. They gave a GF menu with lots of items. I had brisket, fries, and green beans.

Gluten free menu available at the register. Cook cleaned workspace before plating my food. Server also informed me of what sauces to steer away from. Great place for lunch!
I had the pulled chicken, fries and coleslaw. All very good and yes the fries are definitely gluten free. There was some confusion with the sauces as the website says some have Worcestershire sauce and some don’t but staff said all were gluten free… I played it safe and got the Smokey mountain sauce because I saw a review from a symptomatic celiac say they had that sauce. No reaction. I will say I didn’t have to worry abt cross contamination because we were first ones there for the day coincidentally.
My twin boys have celiac. We chose to stop here because of the excellent reviews on this site. We told the worker about the allergy and we were handed the allergy menu. We ordered brisket, ribs, fries and baked beans. Everything was delicious!
One of my favorite places in green bay to eat gluten free. I have never gotten sick and everyone is very careful
