We had a wonderful experience here. The cashier was very helpful and knowledgeable about what items were gluten free and what was not. They have an allergen menu. There are tons of delicious options! I specially asked about the fries and was assured that the fries are the only thing cooked in the fryer. I am also dairy free and easily found options that were both gf and df. During our meal, several team members came to our table to ensure we had everything we needed. The manager even brought around extra fries and samples of brisket. I had no symptoms of gluten exposure after our visit here.
Awesome service and food to match. Very knowledgeable staff. Very cautious about cross contamination. The only sauce not GF is Texas Twang. I have been multiple times and service and food was great every time. This is also a military service proud restaurant that has parking reserved for veterans.
I am very gluten free and I did not get sick. The owner or manger was very helpful and even called our order up to see if it was an allergy. I will definitely eat here again
I cannot even begin to describe how delicious their food is AND how many gluten free options you get. The meat is some of the best BBQ I’ve had in a while. Bonus — dedicated fryer for the fries!!! So many choices and almost all sauces are gluten free! One isn’t due to having Worcestershire in it. Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful experience. First, the theme of the restaurant and recognition of our veterans is incredible. Such pride in our country and the sacrifices made for our freedom. It provided such great conversations with, and lessons for, our children.

Only suggestion is to add GF buns and bread. Otherwise 100%.
I am a regular here and they always take every step to ensure no cross contamination. The fries are amazing and all sauces are now GF! They change gloves and sanitize the area before popping your order. The one time I came the cashier washed his hands before giving change because he had handled some of the cornbread. The really go over the top and this is a totop go to for me.
I’ve eaten here at least 15 times over 2 years and have never gotten sick. The beef and pork items and the GF side items are consistently very good. Designated fryer for fries. The service and the cleanliness of the restaurant is great. Price is reasonable. GF menu at the counter. Lots of practices in place to prevent cross contamination. I recommend steering clear of the poultry products, though; they all taste like they’ve been injected with a vat of chemicals. No amount of BBQ sauce covered up the chemical flavors, and TBH, the flavors made the poultry products too mentally disturbing to eat, so they went in the trash. On the other hand, the salmon is cooked to order and is pretty good.
