"REPEAT AFTER ME GLUTEN FREE" thats whats yelled throughout the completely visible kitchen when preparing my gluten free food. That fills me with confidence. Now I will say generally bbq is gluten free, so when can normally eat it. All of the meats at mission bbq are gluten free, and the only thing they fry is fries which are also gluten free. The person who is in charge on corn bread and Mac n cheese came nowhere near my meal. I will also say mission bbq has both a gluten free menu and and allgerin chart. Just something extra they do to fill you with confidence. I would say a 90% of they menu is gluten free (no not the corn bread or mac n cheese). I love there jalapeño cheddar sausage and fries, my go to meal when I eat out. Taste great and have never been glutened.

Lots of gluten free options. Food was delicious! Staff was very knowledgable and changed gloves. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
Food was good dedicated GF menu and were knowledgeable about sauces that were GF.
No issues eating here. Lots of choices!!
Amazing gluten free fries and meat. All of the meats are gluten free and amazingly moist. The coleslaw is great as well. One of my favorite road trip stops now going back and forth from Boston to New York City!

For a fast food BBQ restaurant the food was very good. They have a decent size gluten free menu. I had the 1/2 of chicken with 2 sides, coleslaw and baked beans. Their sauces were very good as well. I will definitely be going back.
Great experience. We placed the order via phone a couple hours ahead of time for pickup. The woman that took our order was pretty familiar from the start with what was GF and not, as he told her at the beginning of placing the order that it was to be GF so she advised us on menu items and sauces. My partner went to pick it up while I worked and when he returned, he reported that another customer had asked for more cornbread while he was waiting for our order and the staff told the other customer it would be a wait as they’d just decontaminated the kitchen for a special order and couldn’t make more bread until that order was done. He observed the staff bring out fresh cuts of meat and new utensils after they had wiped down all the surfaces to ensure no cross contamination. We had a great dinner and no problems at all (I am newly dx celiac and this was my first time visiting him in Fayetteville since my diagnosis so we were both a little nervous; after cooking all our meals together the whole week, I told him based on the reviews here I felt confident enough to try it.) The brisket and the Tupelo honey heat sauce are so yummy and the fries are delicious!

The food is so tasty and I have never had any issues with what I have ordered. Their fries are especially yummy dipped in the smoky mountain sauce.

The food was delicious! We had a special- smoked prime rib. The cashier immediately said that she didn’t think the au jus was gf. We also got brisket- we didn’t even try sauces, it was so good plain. Gluten free fryer too.

They have a good gluten free menu. The person at the cash register was very nice and didn't make me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience as I asked him a million questions about cross contamination. They changed their gloves, cleaned the area, and used separate utensils. WARNING: they mark many of the sauces as "gluten free," but all besides 2 have soy sauce in them, which means they're not actually GF. Ask them for the allergen chart and look at which sauces don't have gluten or soy and those are the 2 that are okay to have.
