Review of Mississippi Pizza

This place is not dedicated gf, but they did a wonderful job going over menu items with us.

They have a dedicated gf prep side of the kitchen and a dedicated gf oven for pizzas.

If you can’t have any gluten particles in the air, it may not work gif you, because it still is a shared kitchen, however they do their very best to not cross contaminate.

I also have a nightshade allergy, and they went over all recipes of sauces to make sure we picked something with no nightshades.

For a place that’s not dedicated gf, they do s wonderful job trying to accommodate allergies.
