Update May 2022: You can specify in the doordash order comments (or by calling them after ordering) that you have an allergy or celiac and want them to be extra careful to prepare stuff separately. As others have pointed out, it is a pizza kitchen and they can’t prevent all cross contamination, but as pizza joints go this is one of the few I feel comfortable eating at.
This is the first GF pizza I've come across that's more than a millimeter thick, so that alone gets a shout-out. The texture is much better than most crusts, and the pizza tastes great overall. While a kitchen with flour might not be safe for the most sensitive of celiacs, I really got the feeling that they take every precaution possible short of having an entirely separate kitchen, and I had no issues after eating there.

I’ve seen really mixed reviews for their GF pizza but I have ordered multiple times and haven’t had a reaction once. It’s pretty decent in terms of gluten-free pizza.

I LOVE this restaurant and their gluten free pizza tastes delicious. Unfortunately I have gotten sick on more than one occasion from eating here. It seems like they take pretty good precautions to minimize the risk but with gluten pizza in the same space it’s pretty likely to be contaminated.

Great GF pizza. Our celiac member had no issues.
NOT CELIAC SAFE: I was excited based on their procedures and separate cooking space/tools/etc. but grew skeptical upon seeing the kitchen space. Despite a designated oven there’s just too much flour flying around. I tested two different pizzas three separate times with a NIMA sensor and all tested positive for gluten. Disappointed but not surprised. The staff were semi-helpful. One tried to make a second pizza “extra careful” but it also failed the NIMA test. Long story short, despite their efforts and advertising it’s not safe for those who need no cross contamination.
No
Very good procedures, great food, and wonderful place but like you can see the flour wafting from the kitchen. Risky but I still eat there, I just eat outside or in the venue space. They are really nice.
Not a gf kitchen but had separate area for preparing pizza. The woman did say it is an open kitchen and there’s always a risk. I order a 12 inch gf cheese pizza and used my Nima sensor and it came up with a wheat symbol. If you’re sensitive like me I wouldn’t take the chance.
No
I am very sensitive and was completely fine after. It does look scary because they make fresh pizzas with gluten, but they have a back section for us to sit so we’re not directly breathing it. Staffs relatives have celiac, so they have some love and care for us.
Yes
They make their gf pizza crust in a separate facility and have a separate oven however I still got sick for days after eating here. I’m extremely sensitive and typically only eat at dedicated restaurants but thought I’d be fine here since they take it so seriously. The pizza was great! But not worth the reactions š

Really good pizza and really good service. They make the pizza away from all the other pizzas.

Great pizza ordered online for delivery though caviar.com
Wonderful crust and sauce. They sell crusts to-go, also

This establishment is not Gf and they are clear about that on their menu and in the store. itnis a gluten environment and they can cater to trendy gluten free people but not celiacs. I took a chance....my bad. Pizza wasn't very good.
Service was happy, vibe there is great. However, pizza itself was average at best and is certainly not for celiacs.

I am VERY celiac sensitive to gluten and had no issues here. I'm in heaven. I can go out for delicious pizza.

The gold standard of GF pizza! We've been eating here for years and I've never had an issue with cross-contamination. They take lots of care to ensure your pizza is safe...and delicious, of course.
Yes
Gf pizza is amazing but if you have celiac disease beware. They use separate toppings and a dedicated oven but don't take their flour covered aprons off. Better bet is to get their crust and make your own. Delicious!
No
Amazing pizza and they do keep everything separate throughout the prep and cooking process.
Yes
this is my go-to for a gf pizza fix
Yes
The best GF pizza there is, anywhere. The crust is fantastic and doesn't need to be hidden by sauce/toppings like far too many others. They have a dedicated GF oven and prep area.
Yes
By far the best g.f. pizza I've had!!
GREAT gluten free pizza! They own there bakery (gluten Free), and they make their own crust. The pizza is prepared in a separate area of the kitchen so risk of cross-contamination is low. We shall see. Loved it though.
Yes
Love this place!! The best GF pizza I've had, hands down.
i have celiacs and got sick from eating the pizza here. it tasted good but there is just too much potential for cross contamination here.
Excellent GF crust!!! Best GF crust I've had - hands down! The "Heart Stopper" is a must - it is very meaty and the cheese and sauce are delicious.
Great pizza, great staff! Line out the door was worth wait. Even has live music most nights. A must if in Portland.
The best gluten free pizza ever!!!!
This was the best gluten free pizza I ever had. I'm not from Portland so I can't compare to others here but I have had many GF crusts in other locations. Also very nice staff.
One of the best GF pizzas I have ever had. I was suspicious that it would make me ill, because it did not look GF, but it was. Not sure if they have a dedicated oven or not bc my DH picked up pizza and didn't ask.
No doubt, the best in River City.
Probably the best gluten free pizza in Portland.
