NOT CELIAC SAFE: I was excited based on their procedures and separate cooking space/tools/etc. but grew skeptical upon seeing the kitchen space. Despite a designated oven there’s just too much flour flying around. I tested two different pizzas three separate times with a NIMA sensor and all tested positive for gluten. Disappointed but not surprised. The staff were semi-helpful. One tried to make a second pizza “extra careful” but it also failed the NIMA test. Long story short, despite their efforts and advertising it’s not safe for those who need no cross contamination.
