Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza

I spoke to the manager and she advised me not to eat there because of all the flour in the air. I gave them 5 stars for being up front with me, even though I was super disappointed.

Delicious thin crust pizza! We asked for extra sauce and that made it even better. They cooked the pizzas in the same oven but have a separate prep spot and pizza knife. Will definitely be back!

The crust does not have corn or dairy, and they have GF/DF cheese too! They were upfront about the pizza being cooked in the same oven/stone, but they used a fresh peel and I was not I’ll after eating - and I’m pretty sensitive to cross-contamination.

Best Gluten-free pizza! I have eaten here twice at this location and multiple times at the Naples location. Every time the food has been amazing and there are lots of options. The restaurant serves true Italian pizza that is to die for! Many of the traditional pizzas on the menu can be made with their gluten free and vegan crust. Some of their other gluten-free options include Burrata, Caprese, and even an amazing desert pizza that has Nutella and powdered sugar! The restaurant is also super safe and takes all the necessary precautions when preparing the food. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and understands celiac completely. Not to mention the location is beautiful and has a very elegant and comfortable atmosphere. I absolutely trust this place and it has become a new family favorite!

Gluten free pizza was absolutely delicious. I honestly thought it wasn’t gluten free which is always a really good sign! Would highly recommend! Also, I should add, I checked with the kitchen and they put the gluten-free crust on a separate tray. With most pizza places you’ll find that there’s a small risk of cross-contamination just due to the flour in the air. I didn’t get sick though when I’m celiac.

Super yummy gluten free pizza! Super impressive for the middle of Florida.

Make sure to communicate the severity of your allergy. It’s not a separate kitchen but they take many precautions.
