Very good for gluten free crust and also dairy free options for cheese. We ordered delivery and then went back to have it fresh. The delivery was ok but the crust hardens very fast. Incredible flavor combinations though, and definitely worth trying out. Very good for gluten free pizza which is almost always underwhelming.
Increadible. You don’t find a gluten free pizza with a crust like this often. No reaction. Highly recommend.
After a long day of sight seeing we had pizza delivered to the hotel and it didn't disappoint! This gluten free crust was great, my husband normally doesn't finish the ends and he did on this one! Staff was knowledgeable on available items and there is a QR code for more information on gluten free and vegan items.
The second best gluten free pizza place in South Florida. Wow. Take a ton of precautions and it's so so so good! Recommend the traditional pepperoni with extra cheese 🤤. I can't believe I've been here for years and didn't know Mr 01 had gluten free!!! My girlfriend loved the gf crust too and she's a normie!
Edit: it's great fresh, but not nearly as good if ordered delivery. I only eat it at the restaurant.
Good pizza! No reaction at all which was wonderful. Marking a gluten allergy online really seemed to work.
Very, very good pizza. They are pros. If you order delivery on ubereats there’s an option to declare your “allergies”.
It is not a dedicated GF place so they cannot promise no cross contamination but they went to great lengths to make sure I was safe to eat their pizza. The chef came out and talked to me beforehand. They used an oven they rarely use and cleaned it before using. Then the chef came back out to check on me during the meal. I felt safe and am so appreciative of the steps they took!!
I had the prosciutto and arugula pizza, and it was tasty. There’s a great selection of pizzas to choose from. As an Italian, the only thing I noticed was a slight garlic aftertaste in the tomato sauce, which isn’t typical of traditional Italian pizza. However, it didn’t overpower the other flavors, and I’d definitely go back again!
Fabulous pizza spot at the Shoppes at Vanderbilt. They have three excellent options for gluten sensitive individuals. I say gluten sensitive since their menu clearly states that they don’t have a gluten free kitchen. They have imported double zero 00 flour, which is sometimes okay for gluten sensitive people (I can eat it without any issues). If you are more sensitive to gluten, they offer a cauliflower crust and a vegan gluten free crust. Also amazing is that you can order their pizza in 8”or 13”. I had the Ricardo 8” with the 00 flour and it was wonderful. My husband had a plain cheese 8”. We also shared a “build your own salad” of arugula, fresh mozzarella (from an Italian owned dairy farm in Miami), tomatoes and balsamic. Highly recommend this spot for gluten sensitive people!
Staff very friendly and very knowledgeable. Staff changed gloves and pizza was cooked in a separate tray, same oven. Daughter had regular pizza and tasted both, said they tasted almost identical. Crust very thin, one of the best GF pies I’ve had in a long time.
In town from Houston and this little gem was delicious! So glad I found it on this app.
