I had a positive experience at Columbus Fish Market. They have a gluten free menu that was not particularly extensive but still had several good seafood options. The manager came to my table to discuss gluten free food prep. I did not get sick afterward.
They changed owners earlier this year and it's no longer a Cameron Mitchell's restaurant. They still have a gf menu with a handful of items but do not offer gf bread. Our server was not knowledgable of food allergies and kept suggesting options with gluten, I had to remind him over and over that I had a gluten allergy- very frustrating and it made me a bit nervous. Overall, the experience was definitely not as great as other Cameron Mitchell restaurants in regards to their allergy accommodations.

Great food and service! They have a gluten sensitive menu and the manager comes to the table to take your order, ensuring the proper precautions are taken.
They have a separate gluten free menu, very accommodating and knowledge of gluten free protocols. Our server was amazing and so helpful! Great happy hour selection, definitely will be back

Staff are knowledgeable about what is gluten free. Much of the menu can be made gluten free due to fresh ingredients. Great food!
