Review of MOD Pizza

I get sick here every time :(

They are great about changing gloves and all of that however ingredients mingle on the line, so even a salad is dicey.

The biggest problem is the pizza is cooked in the same oven as all the gluten containing pizzas. = lots of cross contamination. I'm ok with deep fat fryers, and don't require separate prep spaces (NCGS). However MOD has most often left me feeling miserable the following day. My order usually contained a veggie @ meat pizza with no dairy/cheese added. Including salads. Even kept dressing super simple. Nothing too crazy.

I don't think this is a good fit for a celiac. The Lake Stevens Dominos had a better set up to prevent CC. There may be others nearby but they let you watch so it's easy to see what issues could/won't arise due to their precautions.
