Review of MOD Pizza

Not sure how this could ever be safe for someone with celiac. The food is prepared in front of you by hand. Meaning simple uses their gloves hands to reach into tubs of toppings and then manually spread onto raw dough or salad lettuce. A cross contamination nightmare!
