Me and friend (both celiac) go here very often for our pizza. We get the cauliflower crust instead of the gluten-friendly. They cannot guarantee gluten-free because there’s a chance of cross contamination. I like MOD because Im also dairyfree and its easy to customize. So far so good on no stomach pains.

One star because they are not Celiac safe. Manager was very honest and told me that there is no way that they can accommodate someone with Celiac. They have no process for cooking them safely. So for honesty they get 5 stars. Bummer because the one time I had it (before I was told they were unsafe for CD) the pizza was delicious :-(

I got sick on opening day. There was Cross contamination for sure!

March 2017 update- they can't cook the pizza on the screen anymore so this is no longer an option. Not even worth carrying gluten free crust now. They won't let you take it unbaked either. ...We just discovered this place and are so happy to have found a place for pizza that doesn't charge an arm and a leg and take forever to make the pizza. Staff was very friendly and accommodating but we had to ask for glove changes, fresh ingredients free of contamination and having the pizza baked on the screen. All their pizzas are placed directly in the oven, so to prevent cross contamination, your g-free pizza needs to be baked on the screen. Even so, I would say this is probably not celiac friendly. But the pizza was delicious and big portions.

Worker held up gluten free crust immediately after handling flour crust and didn't seem to recognize that was a terrible idea. Would rate it zero stars because of cross contamination.
Delicious gluten free pizza. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. You can build your own pizza or go with one of their signature pies, which are all quite tasty. The portions are personal sized but I usually bring half home. Mod provides fresh ingredients cooked fast, it kind of reminds me of a Chipotle but for pizza.
Went in person to “vett” this place. Staff was very knowledgeable about gf crust abs procedures. Be sure to let them know you need toppings from refill bins. They use the same laden to spread sauce on EVERY pizza so be sure to ask for the sauce from the refill bin and a clean laden. In the oven, pizza can come into contact with gluten. The oven burns at over 700 degrees though and gluten burns up at 550, so I felt cautious but okay with it. I ate half the pizza and didn’t feel “glutened.” I’m a pretty sensitive Celiac so that’s a good thing! This restaurant claims “gluten friendly” but their precautions are really good. I don’t know that I would order on a delivery service like GrubHub because communication gets lost. I recommend either going in or calling to order.

Was very satisfied with my trip here. I ordered a Caesar salad with no croutons. I mentioned that I was celiac and the waitress immediately changed her gloves. All the dressings for salads are gluten free and I believe they offer a gluten free crust as well. Would eat there again.

The Good: all salad dressings are GF!!!
The Bad: they make all of their pizza in the same oven so, no pizza for you. cross contamination galore.
The ugly: like many restaurants, when they’re busy, steps are missed. Poor guy hadn’t ever heard of celiac so didn’t know he needed to changed tongs etc. even with that though, it’s not the safest space for celiac since the tongs don’t stay in the food and instead travel with your order, making it likely that crumbs have entered the broccoli (poor broccoli). I’d stay away from MOD. Which makes me sad.

The gluten free crust is sooo good. It’s hard to find a decent gluten free crust that doesn’t taste like cardboard and this one really exceeded my expectations. I’m definitely making this a regular spot of mine.
