they mean well but there is a ton of cross contamination. They will change this gloves and then use the same utensils between gluten and gluten free. This type is dining could easily be very safe but there is a huge lack of training. I can't eat there safely

I had the cauliflower crust and dairy free cheese. Tasted super great and didn’t have any reaction although i have ulcerative colitis. If you have celiac i might not risk it due to possible cross contamination

Used to have process that worked for gluten free, now they will not follow it
They have a gluten free crust... but it goes directly on the same oven as normal pizza with nothing between the gf crust and the flour used to keep normal pizzas from sticking. aka full on cross contamination. Ended up not getting a pizza because I didn’t want to risk it for the biscuit.
No
The only reason I gave 3 stars is because they put a lot of effort into trying to minimize gluten cc. They changed gloves, gave me new ingredients (not from the line) and kept my pizza on a pan in the oven. I was still nervous because of the big thing they move the pizzas with in the oven. I didn’t get sick, but would NOT recommend for a celiac. I got lucky.
No
I'm grateful for the fact that they offer gluten and dairy free items. However, I think they can try harder to minimize the cross contamination risk. They first time I went they were careful and I had a great experience. The last 2 times that I went they weren't careful and my body paid for it later.
Sure, they offer GF crust, but don't bother. The cross-contamination is a nightmare.

This location will not take the proper precautions for a celiac. They refused to cook my pizza on a piece of foil, which other locations accommodate without question. Absolutely do not recommend for someone with celiac or a high sensitivity.

This location will not take the proper precautions for a celiac. They refused to cook my pizza on a piece of foil, which other locations accommodate without question. While the staff were friendly, they claim their district manager does not allow them to cook their pizza on foil. Absolutely do not recommend for someone with celiac or a high sensitivity.

They have decent crust and unlimited toppings but make sure to ask for special utensils and tray, there is cross contamination so I had to be stern to ask for clean utensils, the other reno location was more precautious!

They offer a gluten free crust. Workers are always sure to change their gloves and use an allergy screen when preparing your pizza. However, items are at risk of cross contamination due to the nature of the restaurant.

Excellent service! They asked me if it was an allergy or a preference. I said allergy and they pulled all fresh ingredients to prevent cross contamination. The staff was super careful not to touch anything that was an allergen (I have multiple other allergies). Overall I was very impressed.
