Friendly staff, but no real understanding of cross-contamination. Prep area is not cleaned before working with GF pizza. Trays holding the pizza have holes, so crumbs definitely fall onto the shared surface.

I would not have them on GF. I asked 3 times for glove change, no fresh ingredients available, no separation of crusts in the cooker.

Went in person to “vett” this place. Staff was very knowledgeable about gf crust abs procedures. Be sure to let them know you need toppings from refill bins. They use the same ladel to spread sauce on EVERY pizza so be sure to ask for the sauce from the refill bin and a clean ladel. In the oven, pizza can come into contact with gluten. The oven burns at over 700 degrees though and gluten burns up at 550, so I felt cautious but okay with it. I ate half the pizza and didn’t feel “glutened.” I’m a pretty sensitive Celiac so that’s a good thing! This restaurant claims “gluten friendly” but their precautions are really good. I don’t know that I would order on a delivery service like GrubHub because communication gets lost. I recommend either going in or calling to order.

Same prep area and cooking surface, not to mention messy topping area (cross contamination based on your topping), not safe for celiacs!!

They have a great option for pizza if you're in need of gluten free and dairy free. A cauliflower crust and dairy free cheese with whatever meats and veggies you like to eat. It was delicious!
Yes
Staff seemed knowledgeable, but I came ill after eating their gf pizza.

Pizza is okay if you can handle a little gluten but they use the same peel for all pizzas. There will always be wheat flour on the bottom of your GF crust.
Can't take the celiac here.

Great understanding & helpful staff. Patient & friendly. Amazing pizza, at a good price for the portion size. Has a create your own your menu too.
After traveling for 12 hours, I needed a quick yet safe place close to my hotel to eat. I avoided pizza since they only have 1 oven and I had concerns about cross contamination. They have a few different salad options and all the dressings were gluten free. I was easily able to add on extra protein. Vegan cheese options also available. I know as celiac that it's tiring to always need to eat the salad option, but it worked for me today.

This location will not take the proper precautions for a celiac. They refused to cook my pizza on a piece of foil, which other locations accommodate without question. Absolutely do not recommend for someone with celiac or a high sensitivity.

This location will not take the proper precautions for a celiac. They refused to cook my pizza on a piece of foil, which other locations accommodate without question. While the staff were friendly, they claim their district manager does not allow them to cook their pizza on foil. Absolutely do not recommend for someone with celiac or a high sensitivity.

They have decent crust and unlimited toppings but make sure to ask for special utensils and tray, there is cross contamination so I had to be stern to ask for clean utensils, the other reno location was more precautious!

They offer a gluten free crust. Workers are always sure to change their gloves and use an allergy screen when preparing your pizza. However, items are at risk of cross contamination due to the nature of the restaurant.
