Disclaimer: I am only gluten intolerant so I can only speak for those similar to me. I don't have an issue with cross contamination either. This place was amazing! I got a plain cheese but next time I plan on adding in some veggies. The staff could be more knowledgeable on gluten - I asked if the sausage topping was gluten free and he didn't know so I didn't get it. However, my pizza tasted amazing and I had no issues afterwards! I can normally tell within minutes.
We ordered a gluten friendly crust in May. We explained the need for no cross contamination and the staff was amazing. My son enjoyed his pizza with no issues. Fast forward to August and we return hoping for the same experience. The gf pizza was baked without a pan or parchment so it touched the oven surface like the regular pizzas and was pulled out with the same tool. They do not have appropriate protocol to avoid cross contamination and now my son is sick. We can't return. So sad
George, Alex, and Ryan gave phenomenal customer service, especially with my gluten allergy. They were patient and kind especially since I had to use ingredients from the back due to my allergy and are very knowledgeable on cross contamination. Plus, the food here was fantastic. I definitely recommend!!!
Gluten Free and Cauliflower Pizza options. Change of gloves practice in use. High contamination risk as in most pizza establishments due to frequency of changing gloves, use of same oven racks, etc… Cauliflower crust is delicious, especially when ordered “well done” LLP
