They use the same toppings as well as the same pans without washing in between. There's an extreme amount of cross contamination. They do have a gluten "friendly" crust.

They refused to change gloves and said it was no longer policy. I literally had to leave. Not worth the contamination. I used to enjoy Mod Pizza. Bummer! The high temp oven doesn’t cause me to flare up from cross-contamination. But toppings do. Each person is different.

The GF crust was delicious and 100% worth it…unless you’re sensitive to cross-contamination. I haven’t had issues with it so far, but I know a lot of the GF community is.
GF crust: 10/10
Cross-contamination prevention: 1/10

Gluten free crust is delicious!

No. Don’t do it. Had no care to change gloves or wipe counter down before handling “prepackaged cardboard GF crust”! Will not be returning.

Doesn't have a separate oven for gluten free pizza

Definitely not a place to go for Celiacs or anyone who seriously can't have gluten. They have flour everywhere and all the pizzas are cooked on the same oven.

Just discovered this place near me. They have gluten free pizza and dairy free cheese with lots of awesome topping options. They do warn however that there is a risk of gluten cross contamination so eat at your own risk.

Went to the Liberty location and they took every precaution to keep my food safe. The changed gloves, wipes the counters, used a new allergy pan from the back, and kept my pizza on the pan while in the oven. I felt very safe and watched the process. I had no reactions. There is still always risk for cross contamination so it is up to your comfortability.

Offered to wash pans, changed gloves between sauce and ingredients.

They have two options for crust: cauliflower and “gluten friendly”. I asked what the last meant. It means gluten free. Confusing. You can make your own pizza with these two crusts. It’s not as expensive as other places.

GF crust and cauliflower crust available. They are not gluten free, just gluten free friendly. Great place but not safe for celiac people.

We ordered a gluten friendly crust in May. We explained the need for no cross contamination and the staff was amazing. My son enjoyed his pizza with no issues. Fast forward to August and we return hoping for the same experience. The gf pizza was baked without a pan or parchment so it touched the oven surface like the regular pizzas and was pulled out with the same tool. They do not have appropriate protocol to avoid cross contamination and now my son is sick. We can't return. So sad
