They have gluten free crust which is good if you are only sensitive to gluten, if your celiac such as myself stay far away from this place, you are 100% guaranteed to have cross contamination!!!! They use shared prep station, and oven not safe at all !!!!
Open Oven baked pizza, customerscan view baking ( done in @5 -7min.) GF Pizza crust & Cauliflower pizza dough available. Customer can choose as many toppings from mixed greens or spinach, various cheeses, meats, veggies & spices and glaze dizzles ( balsamic, pesto, bbq swirl, etc)
Don't... just don't if you have dairy or gluten sensitivities. We did and my wife had an immediate reaction. She stopped at one slice, took a Benadryl (Milk allergy as well as gluten sensitivity) and crawled into bed at 4PM.
This place is also slow. We ordered online hours ahead and still had to wait 20 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. I really wish we'd just asked for our money back.
Came by here for a state competition recently, was disappointed, wasn't really expecting Spokane to be the best for GF options anyways. Worker had to remake my pizza twice, had to watch them carefully as they made it. Felt sick afterwards, probably because there was not a GF space/oven.
