Everything was a little weird but I ended up not getting sick so I’m ok with it.

I asked what if the GF items was celiac safe and they didn’t know there was a difference. Ok.... so I ordered conservatively (egg hard boiled and just a salad bowl) and was fine. Fountain drinks were questionable but I had a lemonade and was ok!

Would go back here if I was in the area again.

Very good. Enjoyed my meal! Lots of options and the menu clearly labels gluten free, dairy free, nuts, etc.

We ate here twice in one day when we were vacationing in the area! So nice to have healthy choices! Our first cashier, Kaneesha, was friendly and extremely helpful. We felt very confident after talking to her. Our second cashier was the exact opposite and didn't even seem know what the words "gluten free" meant. So don't let your guard down here! The Margherita pizza was soft and delicious. But the upcharge for a whole pizza was $3.50. Also, GF sandwiches can't be ordered in the half portion for some made up reason to do with the bread. Despite the unfair upcharges and questionable service, we recommend ModMarket, especially if you're looking for healthy choices.

I have Celiac. All I had to do was tell them I have a gluten allergy. She thanked me for letting them know and noted it on the ticket. I saw them change gloves as I passed by. Had chicken, mashed sweet potatoes and fire roasted vegetables. Very delicious and I felt safe eating there. Will definitely go back!

I have celiac. Very sensitive. Didn't get sick. Food was fancy looking but great! Had the chipotle steak on gluten free wrap! Holy cow! Amazing!!! Was $12 for the meal. Staff knew about cross contamination I didn't even have to ask. Very impressed

I ate the chicken with balsamic glazed carrots & mashed red potatoes. I really liked the pesto which came with it.

A bonus for my family is my son has a dairy allergy, but can tolerate goat cheese and he was able to get a pizza with goat cheese.

Love Modmarket. Wish more places from Colorado would move in because they get GF!! Their pizza crust is awesome and so are their soups. I love that I can get half a pizza....goes great with the tomato soup. The GF bread is their pizza crust and I may have to start buying the bread to take home to eat with hummus.

This place is awesome! I got the fiesta salad with tofu instead of chicken & it was so good! I also got the curry split pea soup with gluten free pita bread. It was all so yummy!!! No cross-contamination issues either - they get the gf concept!

My second time at a Modern Market, and first time at this location. I ordered the Buddha Bowl, which is gluten free and vegan. It was delicious and I did not get sick.

I ordered gluten free pepperoni pizza and mentioned my allergy. When it arrived the crust looked different than I remember and I asked the server to confirm it was gf before I ate. He came back and said yes, it was. A lot of their menu was different than last time, so I assumed they were using a different crust. Worst reaction I have ever had. I am so sick. It had to have been a regular crust, and not just cross contamination.

This was hands down the most seasoned, fresh sandwich I’ve ever had! I ordered the chicken basil sandwich on gluten free bread, tomato basil soup and a GF chocolate chip cookie. No reactions to my celiac and absolutely Devine!

Great lunch. Went on a work trip and safely ate a delicious rice bowl. They even had gf cookies.
